CLOSED Practical Editors - Correct spelling and grammar.


:APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

Anyone interested should note =FLY-mangazine

Applicants should be at least ALMOST 18 years of age.
Though it's volunteer work for now, anyone hired will eventually be paid. (Since we will be using you even as volunteers it is very important that you are almost if not of legal age without parental consent.)

PLEASE treat this as a real job and job interview! Be professional!

If applying as an editor, you don't have to be from America or Canada. That only applies to artists. However, you must be fluent in English.

Mascot Artist Competition.

This contest is for the purpose of hiring an artist to be in charge of the mascot art.
The winner will be in charge of drawing any art for our website and clip-art that will eventually be published in the magazine.

Rules
1. Draw 2 pictures of our mascots by the deadline.
2. One picture should be full body shots of the two characters together, and the other picture should be clip-art style for our website. (For example, waist-up with some kind of border around them).
3. The mascots are young brother and sister angels. The boy's hair is blond with red tips; the girl's hair is red with blond tips. Their wings are NOT white. You may choose any other colors that pertain to any other details.
4. Cell-shading is discouraged, but allowed, (as it gives a more "anime" look than "manga").
5. The poses and outfits MUST be original. We had to fire our previous artist for copying a pose and outfit from another work.
6. The clip-art entry must be high resolution. This will allow our web designer to re-size it as he wishes.


Prize:
Winner gets a $25 commission and will be hired as our "official mascot artist".
(At the time of publishing the magazine, we will pay them more.)
